WHAT YOU'LL DO (WHEN THE TIME COMES):
Lead Construction Excellence
Champion safe, high-quality, and efficient construction methods across all phases—engineering, planning, startup, execution, and closeout.
Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for Superintendents, General Foremen, and field teams.
Develop and refine standardized work plans and best practices for solar EPC delivery.
Train & Mentor Field Teams
Work side-by-side with site leadership to ensure consistent execution and professional development.
Support pre-construction planning for labor, equipment, and materials.
Ensure adherence to design specs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with Estimating, Business Development, and Site Managers to align on strategy and execution.
Provide feedback loops to improve methods and drive continuous improvement.
Support site staffing, licensing, and public engagement as needed.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
10+ years of experience in utility-scale solar construction, with a focus on electrical systems
Proven leadership and mentoring skills across diverse field teams
Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents
Solid grasp of job costing and project planning
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site weekly
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

Competitive salary range: $205,000–$230,000, based on experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).
Must pass a physical exam if required.
Able to:
Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.
Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations).
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads).
Stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel).
Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE when required.
WORK LOCATION:
Industrial construction sites and/or fabrication shops.
