Key Responsibilities:
1. Hydraulic System Design:
- Design and develop hydraulic systems, including pipelines, pumps, valves, and hydraulic
- control structures, to meet project requirements.
- Analyze and model fluid flow using industry-standard software tools.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
2. Project Management:
- Manage and oversee hydraulic engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Create project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, environmental
- specialists, and project managers.
3. Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data related to water flow, pressure, and hydraulic performance.
- Utilize hydraulic modeling software to simulate and optimize system behavior.
- Interpret and present data to make informed engineering decisions.
4. Environmental Impact Assessment:
- Assess the environmental impact of hydraulic projects, including water quality, habitat
- preservation, and ecological sustainability.
- Implement mitigation measures to minimize adverse effects on the environment.
5. Compliance and Regulation:
- Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to hydraulic
- engineering.
- Ensure that projects adhere to safety, environmental, and permitting requirements.
6. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Provide technical support for hydraulic systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Develop maintenance plans and recommend system improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
7. Documentation:
- Create detailed project reports, technical drawings, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred.
- Proven experience in hydraulic engineering, with a track record of successful project management.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, EPANET, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years
Work Location: Onsite (Central African Republic of Bangui)
Job Type: Permanent. However, the incumbent has to perform the job on a rotational basis i.e. half of the year onsite and the rest half work from home.

Salary: 25-30% hike on the last CTC. It will be paid in INR only.
