About the Company:

Hiring for a marketing platform that helps in lead generation and business growth.

Job Description:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient full-stack applications using React for front-end, Node.js and Express for backend services, and MongoDB for data storage.
Implement and utilize GraphQL for efficient and flexible data retrieval alongside traditional REST APIs, enhancing data interaction with front-end applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and improvements, leveraging technologies such as ElasticSearch for advanced search capabilities.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, optimizing the use of React for dynamic user interfaces and Node.js/Express for server-side logic.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs, applying best practices in debugging and performance tuning in a MongoDB and ElasticSearch environment.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization, adopting modern development tools and methodologies.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code standards and best practices are followed, with a focus on full-stack development principles and efficient use of the tech stack.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in software development and technologies relevant to the web, email marketing, and the specific tech stack of React, Node, Express, etc.
