Position Overview: Compugen is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist for an initial 1month contract working remotely. Candidates must currently reside within Canada and be available to work PST.
Key Responsibilities:
Security and Infrastructure
You will be an Escalation for our Tech Support Team.
Responsible for monitoring and incident response
Experience supporting Windows, Apple IOS and Linux
Troubleshooting Hardware and Software issue.
Communicate technical issues to non-technical users
Skills & Qualifications: Must have direct experience with the following
MDR – Managed Detection Response
Azure Active Directory
SharePoint
MS Teams
Intune
AVD Azure Virtual Desktop
Strong documentation skills
SQL/DB (nice to have)
