A Cisco Licensing Specialist provides expert guidance, technical support, and strategic advice to customers and partners regarding Cisco's licensing programs and agreements. Key responsibilities include helping clients manage their Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EAs), optimizing license usage for cost savings, ensuring contract compliance, facilitating Smart Account adoption, and providing training and support on licensing tools and processes.

• 3-5 years of experience in Cisco licensing concepts and architecture.
• Prior knowledge of Cisco license management tools
• Familiarity with contract management and licensing compliance processes
• Ability to interpret Cisco agreements and translate them into actionable licensing rules and system configurations
• Very good understanding of extracting usage data from tables for different Cisco products.
• Ability to conduct Indirect usage analysis- propose suitable licensing options based on indirect use scenarios.
• Using and interpreting Cisco current and past Product Terms
