Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Call Agents to join our team.  As a Call Agent, you will make calls on behalf of our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a quiet work environment, and the ability to adhere to a strict schedule.


Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a schedule while working remotely
- Make calls to candidates using a provided script.
- Obtain the intended result based on assigned project.
- Document each call and its outcome in the system.
- Maintain a minimum call rate of 25 calls per hour.
- Work in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- Perform an internet speed test before starting work and report the speed.
- Ensure continuity of work despite power outages by making necessary arrangements.
- Use a noise-canceling headset for clear communication.
- Keep laptops/computers updated and secure.
- Communicate any issues with work or systems to the reporting manager.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills.

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a functioning laptop.
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- Must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and be punctual.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to handle power outages and maintain productivity.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
