Job Description:

As a Data Analyst Trainee, you will work alongside experienced data analysts and assist in transforming data into actionable insights. You’ll gain hands-on experience with data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources.
  
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  
• Develop and implement basic data models and statistical analysis techniques.
  
• Support the team in conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA).
  
• Assist in visualizing data through graphs and charts to communicate insights effectively.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  
• Help document data processes and maintain data quality standards.
  
• Learn and apply best practices for data analysis and reporting.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R).
  
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  
• A passion for learning and developing new analytical skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to present data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
