Responsibilities:
Maintain organized filing systems for digital documents
Data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing anniversary calendars
Provide timely communication with team members
Prepare and code orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports to create accurate billing
Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and above required
An experience data entry/CSR preferred. Fresher you are welcome to apply
Knowledge of MS office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook a plus
