From startups to scale-ups, we help clients connect with their customers at every touchpoint—through performance marketing, content, and design. We’re a remote-first team of designers, editors, strategists, and marketers working across North America and Latin America. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who understands how to translate business goals into powerful, performance-driven creative.
This is a hybrid role that combines creative strategy, client communication, performance analysis, and cross-functional project management. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their brand, business goals, and customer pain points. You’ll turn these insights into high-impact creative briefs—not only for paid ads, but also for website design, landing pages, print, decks, and brand visuals. You’ll be the link between clients, performance data, and our internal creative team—guiding execution and ensuring output is high-quality, on-brand, and aligned to business objectives.
Join client calls to extract core needs, objectives, and audience insights
Translate business problems into clear creative briefs for:
Performance ad creative (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Website and landing page design
Branding visuals and collateral
Print and presentation assets
Collaborate with our internal team of designers, editors, and copywriters to execute projects
Review and QA creative work before delivery, ensuring quality and consistency
Manage and organize tasks using ClickUp, prioritizing deadlines and team capacity
Interpret performance data (ad dashboards, funnel metrics) to guide creative iterations
Understand customer journeys and funnel stages to craft appropriate messaging
Help lead growth marketing efforts across paid, email drips, newsletters, and organic content
3+ years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance media
Experience briefing creative teams for both ads and multi-format deliverables (web, print, brand)
Strong understanding of direct response principles, creative hooks, and funnel logic
Experience working with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and ClickUp
Excellent attention to detail—especially when it comes to reviewing design and copy
Strong client communication and project scoping skills
Fluent English (you’ll work with global clients daily)
Agency or startup experience
Familiarity with landing page CRO and funnel optimization
Portfolio of creative briefs or projects you’ve led across multiple formats
Understanding of eCommerce, SaaS, or DTC brand creative
R$5,000–R$8,000/month (PJ contract, based on experience and portfolio)
