Job description

LEAD GENERATOR

Location: Nationwide

Industry: Management Consulting, Recruitment & Staffing

Job Type: Full time, part time, freelance available.

Remuneration Structure: Commissions only

Work from any location and earn a percentage of the value of every successful lead!

 

Using your initiative, research, prospecting and selling skills, you will be contacting corporate businesses based in Ghana to establish people management needs (particularly Compensation surveys, recruitment and staffing solutions).

 

In return, you receive a healthy commission package, transportation & communication support*, meet people and expand your business network, work from home (or our office if you wish) with flexibility on hours and manage yourself! You will receive ongoing training and materials along with admin and finance support.

Scope

 

The Lead Generator undertakes various business development, marketing & sales activities to generate business leads for the company’s services to exponentially grow revenue.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Generate sales leads to proposals and meetings.
·         Build capacity and conduct research on target industry.
·         Work with MD to close sales leads, by attending meetings virtually or physically, where required.
·         Weekly briefings on prospects and leads.
·         Participate in trainings and updates on the company’s services.


Requirements


  • Work experience in business development, insurance sales or human resources.
  • Must have strong presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical ability and good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to use social media professionally.
  • Ability to conduct research and prepare basic reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Office Suite
