Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate large-scale cross-functional programs across engineering and product
Collaborate directly with the CEO, Directors, and Staff Engineers on delivery strategy
Guide scoping, technical planning, and architectural trade-offs
Own program timelines, execution frameworks, and delivery milestones
Facilitate crisp, executive-facing reporting and risk communication
Act as a technical leader aligning teams across backend, infra, and cloud stacks
Drive sprint cycles, Agile rituals, and continuous delivery best practices
Must-Have Skills
5 - 10 years of technical program or engineering management experience
Proven delivery of enterprise software, ideally in IT or compliance domains
Leadership of cross-functional engineering teams in a hybrid/remote environment
Experience engaging with CEOs, Directors, and technical stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and delivery metrics
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) or Configuration Management tooling
Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes)
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Aha, Notion
Exposure to global IT teams and multi-time-zone delivery
Regulatory awareness in SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, and asset compliance standards
