WiselyWise is looking for a super talented Online Trainer cum eLearning Content Developer to develop high quality content and deliver training to our learners.

Job description

Design and develop the required multimedia training solutions that are adaptable to continuous change and fulfil the client’s requirement.
Plan, implement, and manage new courses as per requirements
Experience in curriculum designing and creation a must.
Manage the entire process including creating content, scripts, video/web-based training programs.
Manage content and modules with respect to changes and additions.
Partnering and collaborating with internal and external teams to produce quality content.
Creating web documents, course outline, and course description, PPTs, diagrams, videos, engaging contents, exercises, summary, mock tests, quizzes, assessments
Ability to analyse and creatively design and create innovative age specific learning content for students
Must have experience in creating technical courses in Artificial Intelligence, and other IT technologies
Experienced in using online tools for Content creation
Experienced in various tools like Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Media Encoder, Techsmith, Camtasia, Articulate 360 storyline. (Experience in Articulate 360 preferred)
Must have teaching experience in coding and technical subjects for students and adults, in both classroom and online settings.
Experience in planning the course delivery as per given timelines ( a must)
Project management experience ( a must)

Requirements

BE in Computer Science or IT
Teaching Coding experience in Python and Scratch is a must
Excellent communication skills in English
Comfortable in remote working environments, and owns a laptop/desktop with a good Wi-Fi connection.
Comfortable in multi tasking, and working in a tight deadline oriented environment
