We are seeking an experienced Dialogflow CX Developer with strong expertise in chatbot development, UI integration, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing conversational AI solutions that deliver seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.

Design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Dialogflow CX.
Implement conversational flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic to ensure high-quality interactions.
Integrate Dialogflow CX bots with web and mobile UIs, backend systems, and APIs.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver engaging, user-friendly chatbot interfaces.
Use JavaScript / Node.js to build custom integrations and webhook-based fulfillment logic.
Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of chatbot applications.
Maintain clear documentation of chatbot architectures, APIs, and workflows.
Continuously improve bot accuracy, NLP models, and user satisfaction based on analytics and feedback.
Strong hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX (mandatory).
Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js for custom fulfillment logic.
Experience in UI development and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Angular preferred).
Understanding of RESTful APIs and webhook integrations.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or cloud-based deployment of chatbots.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with Dialogflow ES, Azure Bot Framework, or IBM Watson Assistant.
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning concepts.
Knowledge of backend technologies (Python / Java / Node.js).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
