Job Description

The Account PM (GM) will oversee 1–3 project teams, including in-house members and partner companies, to maximize performance and ensure successful project delivery.

If a team does not have a dedicated Project Manager (PM), you will take on that role directly—covering project planning, progress tracking, quality assurance, and risk management.

You will also coordinate schedules and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to maintain alignment and drive smooth project execution.

This role requires not only strong client and project management skills but also solid technical experience or, at minimum, a strong understanding of technology to effectively communicate with engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Must-have

  • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent) for foreign nationals
  • Experience managing multiple teams
  • Project management skills (PMP or equivalent)
  • Hands-on software development background OR strong technical understanding (IT systems, SaaS, APIs, cloud solutions, or similar)
  • Strong skills in scheduling and resource management
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Team management experience
  • KPI management and numerical analysis
  • Facilitation skills
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities

Nice-to-have

  • Experience coordinating across multiple organizations
  • Certifications such as PSM II, PMI-ACP, or PMP (junior candidates with entry-level experience also welcome)
  • Experience using Generative AI for work efficiency improvement

  • Flexible Hours: Yes (Core Time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
  • Holidays: Full two-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday) + National holidays
