This is a remote position.
Middle Linkbuilding Specialist with the proven PR experience (working with media resources, have proven contact and collaboration experience).
Main responsibilities:
1. Link Placement Execution: Secure 20-30 high-quality backlinks to boost website traffic and search engine rankings.
Place different types of link submissions:
- Link Insertion
- Guest Posts
- Crowd Links
- Outreach Links
- Press Releases
2. Research the opportunities to be placed in high rated media resources, build relationship with big media companies
Domain Analysis: Determine if they are relevant to our niche and can provide trust and traffic to our website. If you find any domains worth pursuing, you will handle the agreements and correspondence with the webmasters via Gmail.
3. Outreach placements. Ensure the domains meet these criteria:
- DR 30+
- TF 15+
- Traffic: 1000+ users per month
- Trust Rank: 40+
- No spam
- No casino or adult outgoing links
- Live, fresh comments
- US-based proxy
4. Competitor Link Audit and Strategy: Perform a thorough audit and develop a strategy using Ahrefs and Semrush
3. Link-Building Opportunities: Analyze potential opportunities across relevant blogs, forums, and directories.
4. Collaborative Content Creation: Work with content writers to produce engaging articles for outreach, aiming for a 25% increase in successful link placements.
5. Monthly Reporting: Generate detailed monthly reports on link-building activities, including metrics on DR, traffic, and contextual relevance.
6. Link Status Monitoring: Make monitoring, Collect and Use tools to check the status of indexed links, new links, and removed links.
7. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues if a link is removed by a webmaster
8. Monitor our competitors and provide an example of a good outreach article that is driving traffic to them. Give tasks to Content department to create the article
9. Social media: opening accounts and posting on weekly bases
Skills & experience:
C1 Advanced English: excellent written skills
2+ years working as Public Relationship Manager
2+ years of working experience in a relevant linkbuilding position
Proven link building experience - your own database of webmasters and domains (from 300 contacts)
Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (Majestic, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Excellent research and analytical skills
Knowledge of Reddit, Quara, Twitter and Facebook content managmenets, how to create and make posts
