Junior DevOps Engineer (2–3 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundational understanding of DevOps practices who wants to deepen their expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters and AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS).
  

• Support CI/CD pipeline development and deployment using Jenkins or Circle CI.
  

• Write automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Terraform under guidance.
  

• Support monitoring setup using Datadog, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch.
  

• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure deployments are secure, scalable, and efficient.
  

• Learn and apply DevOps best practices and security standards.
  

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Exposure to Kubernetes and Helm charts for deploying applications.
  

• Basic hands-on with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPCs) and AWS CLI.
  

• Understanding of PostgreSQL database concepts.
  

• Experience or strong interest in tools like Terraform/CloudFormation.
  

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Circle CI) and monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a DevOps or infrastructure-related role.
