● Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications

● Assisting with special projects and tracking deadlines/invoices
● Coordinating with different departments on behalf of the executive
3. Communication & Coordination
● Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
● Drafting emails, reports, and other documents
● Ensuring smooth flow of information within the organization
4. Meeting & Event Organization
● Preparation of Executive Summaries for meetings, taking minutes, and following up on
action items
5. Strategic Support & Decision-Making Assistance
● Conducting research to support executive decision-making
● Providing insights and recommendations on workflow improvements
● Managing high-priority tasks and ensuring efficiency in executive operations
