What you’ll be doing
As a Consultant at Perceptive Analytics, you will play a crucial role in guiding different project teams within the company. You will collaborate with clients from diverse industries and be responsible for providing strategic insights, analytical guidance, and domain knowledge to ensure that the adequate consultant value is added to the projects. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing long-term relationships with clients and helping them make data-driven decisions to achieve their business objectives.
A day in your life might include...
• Lead and guide multiple project teams to achieve successful project outcomes by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client's business, industry, and specific needs to provide valuable insights and effective solutions.
• Assist project teams in creating interactive and informative dashboards that effectively visualize and communicate data-driven insights to clients.
• Provide actionable instructions to project teams regularly on the analysis required to derive meaningful insights from data.
• Identify key problems and challenges faced by clients proactively and provide analytical guidance to foster long term relationship.
• Inculcate domain knowledge in project teams, enabling them to make informed decisions and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Think from a business perspective and align data analysis with strategic business objectives to drive growth and profitability.
Our Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field. However, we are open to considering candidates with relevant experience who align with our company's values and objectives.
• Strong knowledge of various industries, including their market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills, capable of motivating and guiding project teams to excel in their roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and project teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies to drive data-driven decision-making.
Location
The company is based out of Hyderabad. All new joiners will have the option to work from office. In addition, if they want to work from home that option is also available. In case, specific requirement, employees may be mandated to work from the office temporarily.
