Restructuring Research Senior Analyst

Our Finance & Strategy team provides an array of comprehensive services catering specifically to our clients’ unique and evolving circumstances which require creative and careful consideration, decision making and guidance. 

Our services focus on M&A Transactions, Debt Advisory, Due Diligence, Capital Raisings, Private Placements and Corporate Strategy. Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Restructuring Research Senior Analyst to provide direct support to the Associates in the team.

PROFILE SPECIFICATION

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role, namely as part of a Big4 Consultancy firm, debt restructuring firm or performing credit research or related work in an Investment Bank or Private Equity firm
  
• Fluency in English at a proficient level. Previous full-time education taught in English or previous full-time employment in a country of official English language are an advantage
  
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Economics or similar)
  
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level)
  
• Interest in the financial services industry, with strong awareness of credit markets and industry developments

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Direct support to Associates on ad hoc client related projects
  
• Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison)
  
• Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives
  
• Screening the debt market regularly to identify potential restructuring opportunities as well as monitoring ongoing credit developments and market trends
  
• Generating client facing presentations and company profiles as well as performing data analysis and financial modelling
