About our client:


Our client is a leading provider of marketing services and consulting for businesses and organizations worldwide and we are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. Project Managers are key to ensuring the outstanding delivery of our thinking. This means understanding our codified process and delivering it. It also means you’re an outstanding communicator - ensuring both internal and external stakeholders understand where we are on our journey at all times.


The focus of this role is to support the client service team and help effectively deliver brand strategy, creative, design, experience planning and innovation projects. This is not a standard project management role. You will be required to deploy active listening to truly understand your clients’ problems to best understand how to help them. We are looking for people who have a can-do attitude. People who sweat the details, excel at managing teams and processes and enjoy client management.



Key responsibilities


The no 1 responsibility of the PM is to power the process. To ensure that a project runs smoothly from a scheduling, operational and comms point of view (internally and externally). There are two parts that are key to delivering on this aspect of the role:



● Project Admin:


project set up, sending of Scopes of Work to suppliers, creation of timing plans, ongoing liaison for meeting scheduling, creating and sharing of all the templates/docs to relevant parties.



● Schedule coordinator:


owning the meeting logistics internally and with client.



Qualifications:



● 5+ years of experience in a PM role


● Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from a logistics and timing perspective.


● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.


● Proficiency with GSuite and other software tools commonly used in PM roles (eg Slack, Mural (virtual whiteboard tool) etc.


● Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work.


● Highly collaborative team player


● Friendly, open minded, confident and humble with a can do attitude.
