We’re on the lookout for two exceptional Senior BI Developers to support high-impact NHS reporting work across Mid and South Essex / Essex Partnership Trust and BSW.

If you’re an expert in Oracle reporting, Millennium schema, and thrive in healthcare data environments, this one’s for you.

The essentials:

• Start: ASAP
  
• Length: Until Sept 2026 Go-Lives
  
• Clients: Working with NHS clients
  
• Rate: neg outside of IR35 
  
• Location: Remote, with occasional site visits for major events
  

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead on the development of reports and dashboards tailored to complex operational needs
  
• Act as a strategic BI advisor, engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple workstreams
  
• Provide expert insight into the Cerner Millennium EPR schema
  
• Develop reporting portals, deliver training, manage test issues, and ensure everything aligns with operational and clinical goals
  

What you’ll need:

• Strong Oracle BI reporting experience (SME level preferred)
  
• Proven delivery in NHS or healthcare reporting environments
  
• Excellent SQL/CCL skills
  
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data structures
  
• Confident leading client sessions, workshops, and training delivery
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
