In this developer role you will interface directly with project managers to solve practical business challenges, through Zoho system implementation and support. This role allows you to work independently to ensure project success. You'll be supported by our in-house development team to deliver system improvements to support the project.
Primary Duties
Lead development on client projects around CRM implementations and improvements
Manage client expectations and goal setting throughout engagement
Deliver tested and optimized code/automation workflows
Escalate software bugs to Zenatta team admins
Create walk-through videos to be shared with clients that demo the workflow automation created

Requirements
MUST LIVE IN North America, Central America, or South America.
Experience implementing/administrating customized CRM systems
Knowledgeable of other business applications: Desk/Support, Campaigns, Books (preferred), Project Management, ect.
Background in providing business solutions in low-code platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, PowerApps, Zapier)
Strong understanding of sending/receiving data via REST API
