Location: This is a remote role, but candidates must be able to cover EST time-zone.
Team: Product
Reports to: Head of Product

Who We Are:

OrderGrid is redefining what's possible in inventory management and fulfillment, purchasing and replenishment, and site operations technology for grocery, food retail, and healthcare industries.

Our mission is simple: to make it smarter, easier, and more sustainable for consumers to access the food and healthcare products they rely on. Our innovative solutions are already transforming the grocery, food distribution, and healthcare sectors - and we're just getting started.

Today, our software powers some of the largest international enterprises and operations in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Italy, France, the UAE and Mexico. We are an exceptional team backed by strategic partners that are powerhouses in their own right.

Your Mission:

At OrderGrid, you'll be the driving force behind transforming complex, technical tools into beautifully intuitive enterprise experiences. Fast.

You’ll lead design across two high impact streams, helping modernize our platform UI, shape our design system, and define how AI-driven tools are delivered to users in nine countries and counting.

You’ll work closely with PMs, engineers, and data scientists in a team that values clarity, execution, and momentum. If you’re energized by turning complex workflows into clean, scalable, and highly functional interfaces and you like to move at startup speed - you’ll feel right at home.

Requirements

Who You Are

You deliver high-quality work, fast. You take ownership of end-to-end product design in fast-moving, technical environments, and you know how to turn complexity into clarity.

Experienced in SaaS Design: You’ve designed complete user workflows in SaaS products, ideally across both B2B and DTC environments.

Strong Portfolio: You can showcase polished, modern business software with a clear focus on usability, consistency, and visual clarity.

Fluent in Figma: You know your way around components, variants, auto-layout, and tokens, and you’re confident working within or evolving a design system.

Design System Builder: You have experience building and maintaining scalable systems with reusable components and patterns across multiple applications.

Fast, Agile Collaborator: You work closely with product managers, engineers, and end users. You’re comfortable in sprints, standups, and real-time feedback loops.

Comfortable with Complexity: You can map out and simplify intricate workflows for enterprise users without compromising functionality.

Bonus Experience: Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor, Framer, or Replit. Exposure to product management or software development is a plus.

What You’ll Do

Own the Design Across Two Product Pods: Lead product design for enterprise and AI-driven features, working closely with cross-functional teams

Standardize and Elevate the UI: Bring consistency, clarity, and polish to the platform through scalable design systems and reusable components.

Modernize Complex Workflows: Simplify and redesign legacy interfaces to deliver intuitive, high-performing experiences for business users.

Extend and Operationalize Our Design System: Maintain and evolve our design system to support growing product complexity, ensuring reusability, speed, and a unified user experience.

Prototype and Ship Fast: Collaborate with engineering and product to quickly test ideas, validate solutions, and release high-quality features.

Embed in the Product Team: Join stand-ups, planning sessions, and customer calls to stay close to user needs and team priorities.

Leverage AI and Low-Code Tools: Use platforms like Cursor, Framer, and Replit to accelerate workflows, boost iteration speed, and push the boundaries of what great product design can deliver.

Benefits

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Flat Team: Work side by side with the co-founding team.
  • Innovative Environment: Work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Impactful Work: Be part of a mission-driven company making a real difference.
