IT Project Management Trainee (Internship Track: Generalist)

This is a remote position.

1.Learning and managing projects at KraftPixel in a way that all success KPIs are met - timely delivery, clear communication and expected vs actual ratio at 1:1. 
2.Practically learning to support the Engineering team by ensuring understanding and execution of the requirements as per the expectation of the client and suggesting approaches as per the situation.
3.Practically learning to support clients by maintaining Google Sheets to give them regular updates on the progress.
4.Practically learning to support the management by contributing to growth ideas and initiatives undertaken by the management.
5.Completing all learning modules and assignments given to you before or on-time
6.Exercising high ownership and accountability as an integral part of your career at KraftPixel.
7.Constantly learning, being inspired by the latest happenings in web development and growing towards a specialist or managerial role at KraftPixel.

• This is a minimum 7 months to a maximum 15 months internship. Your initial stipend will be set to 2.5k; your stipend will increase with time between a range of 0 - 2.5k every 3 months of internship depending on whether you acquire the necessary skillsets as a reward for your dedication. This will increase to a max limit of Rs. 12.5k/month.
  
• Upon completion of 9 months of internship, a full-time job offer will be presented to the internship candidates who have performed nothing short of excellent. You have to clock 184 hours compulsorily in a month, so if you are a student with offline college, this internship may not work for you.
  
• If you are not selected for a full-time offer, you will receive a neat-looking certificate that will help you in your further career.
  
• You will be eligible to opt for laptop assignment from the company to work on.
  
• Certificate only if you complete 6 months of internship; and LOR only upon completion of 9 months of internship.
