Job description

This is a remote position.

· 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and analysis

· Proficient in Apache JMeter for scripting and test execution (atleast 3 years of scripting experience)

· Skilled in Beanshell scripting for custom automation within JMeter (atleast 2 years of beanshell)

· Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and build tools like Maven

· Strong understanding of application performance factors including JVM internals, memory management, caching strategies, multithreading, and database connection pooling

· Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, including log analysis, JVM tuning, and heap dump diagnosis

· Familiar with AWS services, including CloudWatch, Elastic Load Balancers (ELB), and infrastructure monitoring

· Solid knowledge of SQL query optimization, indexing, and database performance tuning

· Experience using enterprise APM tools such as New Relic and AppDynamics
