The Role: UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you'll help shape intuitive, scalable digital experiences across the Human Cloud Network. Your role is pivotal in creating user flows, prototypes, and interaction patterns that power the future of digital work. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll prototype, test, and refine solutions with the goal of learning fast and building smarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years experience designing intuitive user experiences for complex digital products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Lead iterative experimentation cycles using Vibe code tools
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure feasibility and execution fidelity
• Think in systems,  map out complex user flows, and interconnected interfaces
• Communicate design rationale clearly through sketches, diagrams, and storytelling
• Refine and polish design elements with precision and attention to detail

About You

• 3+ years of hands-on UX design experience (preferably in product-led tech environments)
• Mastery of Figma, from wireframes to advanced prototyping
• Strong knowledge of Vibe code tools for interactive experimentation (non-negotiable)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from a design-integration standpoint
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Passionate about solving real-world problems through thoughtful design
• Available to work CET hours, Monday to Friday
• Must be based in South Africa
