Job description

Overview:

Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid.

 

Accelerating the delivery of care and providing superior force health readiness across the Military, Federal, and Civilian landscapes. Taku is committed to providing transformative and comprehensive health operational capabilities to support customers across scientific, clinical, technological, and program management areas. 

 

Summary:

The Program Manager (PM) shall manage daily operations, in the performance of this TO. The proposed PM can be a dual-role position, meaning this individual can also perform in another role for this requirement. This person will be responsible for the performance of the work, contract compliance, and QC. The PM shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this TO. The PM shall be available between 0730 and 1630 (EST), Monday thru Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual and operational matters.
  • Manage and oversee daily operations and performance under the Task Order.
  • Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Implement quality control procedures and manage performance monitoring activities.
  • Coordinate closely with the KO and COR to ensure alignment with Government expectations.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation, including designation of key personnel (CDRL D004), within specified timelines.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to Government requests or administrative needs.
  • Nominate and justify replacement personnel, if needed, in accordance with contract stipulations.
  • May serve in a dual-role capacity, performing both PM duties and other responsibilities under the TO.
Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within the designated hours and respond to urgent requirements as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business management or related field.
  • Proven experience with Government contracting policies and procedures and managing large-scale Government projects of similar size and scope. 
  • Experience with finance for an HQ level military entity
    Experience working for or supporting the National Guard Bureau
  • At a minimum, a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or an equivalent or higher investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification is highly desired.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential.
  • Experience working with Federal agencies in a similar PM capacity.
  • Familiarity with contract data requirements (CDRLs) and task order management tools.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $145,000 annually.
