Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Reel Specialist who can produce high-quality, engaging Reels at scale.

- Create bulk Reels optimized for Instagram and other short-form video platforms.
- Design and edit video content using Canva with a keen eye for layout, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, sounds, and formats to ensure relevancy and engagement.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align Reels with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Manage and organize a high volume of video assets to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- Maintain consistent quality and creativity across all Reels.


Requirements

- Proven experience creating Reels or short-form video content, especially in bulk.
- Expert-level proficiency in Canva (video editing and design).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
