Job description

This is a remote position.

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation
Organize and maintain legal files and documents
Coordinate case filings, court schedules, and deadlines
Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, courts, and third parties
Maintain and update case management systems and databases
Support the legal team in trial preparation and administrative tasks

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or certification in Paralegal Studies or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of paralegal or legal assistant experience
Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and documentation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
