About the Role

Are you fluent in German and passionate about providing excellent customer support? Join our international team in vibrant Istanbul! You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

What Youll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service in German

• Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions

• Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality

Location Options:

On-site: Modern offices in central Istanbul
Remote:

• If you relocate: work-from-home (WFH) within Istanbul

• If you already live in Turkey: WFH from anywhere in Turkey

Relocation Package (for those moving to Istanbul):

• 2 weeks hotel accommodation

• Paid flight ticket (within the EU)

• Airport pickup

• Real estate agency fee covered

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (spoken & written)

• Good level of English

• EU citizenship is mandatory

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
