Your mission
We’re expanding our international footprint and are currently building a
new Tech Hub in Romania. As part of this growing engineering team, you’ll play a key role in developing modern, scalable backend systems and cloud-based solutions for clients across Europe.
- Backend Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust backend services using Python, Java, or other server-side technologies
- API Integration: Build, integrate, and manage APIs for seamless data exchange between various services
- Database Management: Design and maintain both relational and non-relational databases
- DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with our DevOps team to automate deployment processes and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Code Reviews & Documentation: Ensure code quality, maintainability, and proper documentation through peer reviews and clean coding practices
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver impactful solutions
- Cloud-based Development: Develop and implement highly scalable applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Location
This role is remote-first. You can work from home anywhere in Romania or make use of our new Tech Hub in Romania. Our German offices in Berlin, Munich, and Grünwald are also available for occasional visits. Most client work is done remotely.
