NetSuite Functional Consultant(EMEA)

Primary Role Responsibilities

You will be the principle consultant on SuiteSuccess implementations & optimisation projects, responsible for:

Taking ownership of the functional configuration of the system, including all personalised or custom solutions, providing quality checks and sign

off prior to the solution being released to the client, ensuring that the output is aligned to the requirements and scope.

Performing complex system configuration when required.

Leading personalisation sessions for all core process areas - R2R, P2P, O2C, D2B

Ensuring solution documentation is up to date in the system and project management software.

Performing client walkthroughs and training sessions.

Performing list & transactional data migration uploads into a clients production account.

Working closely with the wider project team to deliver functional configuration.

Acting as a subject matter expert in chosen verticals and areas of NetSuite functionality.

Identifying change requests and alterations in scope.

Working with the technical services and QA team to scope & document custom solutions.

Providing functional estimates for customisations.

Listening to the clients needs, understanding their processes, and translating into NetSuite solutions.

Identifying NetSuite limitations and recommending best practice approaches specific to the client's requirements.

Working across multiple projects, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities at one time.

Taking the customer on a NetSuite journey and ensure change is embedded successfully.

Ensuring quality is adhered to throughout the duration of the implementation.
