Develop designs that are integrated between various customer experience touch points and product experiences
Establish, evolve and extend the visual language for the SAAS product, its brand, and marketing
Wireframes, task flows, pixel-perfect visual designs, prototypes that have dense data (dashboards, tables, charts, and graphs), and complex data visualizations still maintain a very clean and modern look.
Contribute to the visual design creation of easy-to-use, high-craft components for our world-class design system
Quality checks to ensure designs are highly polished and ready for implementation
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, marketing team, and sales team
Lead by example and inspire others in the team through the quality of work and approach to innovation
A diverse set of projects from product design, and product marketing to branding. And anything else you want to do and be involved in other teams is working on. We have a very open culture of collaboration and learning.

Skills required
5-10 years of experience in product design
Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Expert knowledge of visual design, typography, and color theory for digital media
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Must be a constant learner, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to push the limits of creativity
Familiarity with financial applications is a plus, but not a requirement
Hands-on experience in all phases of the design process as an individual contributor
Expertise in applications such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Up-to-date knowledge about design techniques and international trends
Experience working for a reputed product design agency or a product company is a huge plus
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript or motion design is a plus
