Qualifications
8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on software development projects.
Strong expertise in software development processes, methodologies, and tools
Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques with proven experience in leading and facilitating requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders of varying levels
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.
Proficient in creating comprehensive and detailed business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
Experience in conducting risk assessments, impact analyses, and gap analyses
Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies
Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
