This role will provide application support to our expanding market's operations. Primary duties include identifying, responding to, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Lalamove's applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and satisfactions for users and drivers. Reporting to the local technical team leader, you will collaborate closely with the local engineering and operations teams, as well as HQ engineering teams, to provide support, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the enhancements that drive the overall success of Lalamove's products. Additionally, you'll provide hands-on technical support during and after rollout, help localize and adapt systems, to support regional operations.
What you'll do:Provide technical support to end-to-end Lalamove mobile applications Coordinate closely with local and HQ engineering teamsTroubleshoot technical issues collaborate with team membersCustomize tech tools for local data compliance and optimize workflowsHandle issues involving sensitive data with highest level of integrityEngage in ongoing compliance improvements and actively participate in privacy discussionsEngage in post-launch operational support, including monitoring, alerting, debugging What you'll need:Legally permitted to work in Malaysia4+ years experience in software engineering or technical operations Knowledge of Java / PHP / Node.js / GoLangKnowledge of middlewares such as Redis/ElasticSearch/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc Experience with backend microservices and APIsExperience in MySQL Demonstrated integrity and accountability in managing sensitive data and operational risksExperience in operational support, especially during launch periodsFluent in English, both written and spoken, Chinese speaking capability is a plusTo all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
