Job Summary:

Elevate Calls Inc is seeking an experienced and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and other sales strategies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.

• Identify customer needs and provide product information and pricing.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.

• Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

• Update customer information in the company’s customer database.

• Track and report sales activity and results.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in outbound sales.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
