Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Web and Design Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience, preferably from an agency background, to oversee and manage web and design projects. This role involves onboarding new projects, briefing our design and development teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. You will be the main point of contact for clients, handling their queries, managing progress through Monday.com, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Onboard new website and design projects, brief them to our design and development team, and manage project progress using Monday.com.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates, addressing queries, and resolving any issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our design and development teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest web and design trends to bring innovative ideas and solutions to our projects.
• Knowledge Application: Utilize your expertise in WordPress and website building to ensure our projects meet technical and design standards.
• Upsell and Business Development: Actively seek opportunities for upsells and new business, earning a 10% commission on any new business brought in.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in project management within a web or design agency.
• Immediate Availability: Able to start immediately.
• Skills: Strong understanding of web and design trends, knowledge of WordPress, excellent customer service skills, and proficient in English.
• Attributes: Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about web and design.
• Tools: Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
