SCRUM Master - Capital Markets

Responsibilities

Leading the project team into delivery in an agile environment to manage and deliver project scope within budget.
Ensure project phases completes on time and on budget
Managing Scrum team, managing the backlog, sprint planning
Running daily team huddles
Coordinating releases
Delegating stories to team members
Managing defects
Working knowledge of Agile Scrum, delivery across multiple scrum teams
Coordinating with other project and technology teams for example to align data requirements

Skills

Must have

4+ years experience as scrum master/project manager
Understanding of Capital Markets is a must
Managed projects for the last 4+ years in an agile delivery methodology
Excellent communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Able to investigate, analyse and troubleshoot tasks.
Some technical background and willingness/attitude to look at technical detail if required

Nice to have

Understanding of financial products in general and derivatives trading technology platforms in particular especially focused on IRD, FXD and FI asset classes.
Familiarity with data structures, SQL queries and stored procedures.
