Job description

Job Location: Fairfax, Virginia, United States (Onsite/Remote)

At least three (3) years of experience in the supervision of telecommunications operations and personnel and demonstrated use and understanding of telecommunications systems and other applications systems supporting telecommunications business functions to include 9-1-1.

Sample Duties:

Analyze information requirements of public safety communications centers, emergency operations centers, 9‐1‐1 public safety answering points, and/or call centers.
Must be able to evaluate problems in work flow, organization, and planning and develop recommendations for operational improvements.
