Job Title: Maximo Functional Consultant
Job Overview:
As a Maximo Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software solutions for clients. You will be working closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business processes and requirements, and configure Maximo to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute Maximo testing plans to ensure that the system meets client requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Create functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that functional requirements are translated into technical designs and implementations.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for optimizing Maximo's use and recommending process improvements.
- Participate in project planning and status meetings, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and configuring IBM Maximo EAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Maximo's functional modules, data model, and workflows.
- Experience in conducting Maximo testing and creating test cases.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in IBM Maximo EAM is a plus.
