Collect data and understand patterns, trends and development strategies.
Provide assessment and improvement of company systems to ensure that a business works in efficient way.
Provide management on Market Research.
Perform systems analysis and define requirements and specification on Unified Communications, that includes Voice, Video, 911 and Computer Systems solutions.
Identify areas of improvement and best practices with users, project team members or senior managers on new technologies and existing software/hardware platforms for organizational needs.
