Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives.

Content Creation:

Write and edit engaging, relevant, and persuasive content for email campaigns.

Ensure all content is in line with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and effective email layouts.

Campaign Management:

Manage end-to-end email campaign execution, including planning, scheduling, testing, and deployment.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign effectiveness.

A/B test various elements to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

List Management:

Maintain and segment email lists for targeted and personalized communication.

Implement best practices for list hygiene and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Automation and Personalization:

Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and guide them through the customer journey.

Leverage personalization techniques to enhance the relevance of email content.

Analytics and Reporting:

Generate regular reports on the performance of email marketing campaigns.

Stay Updated:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on content creation.

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.

Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, or similar).
