eCommerce Trading Director

AstroLabs Talent is working with a global fashion eCommerce business targeting the Middle Eastern market, we’re looking for an eCommerce Trading Director to join their team in either Dubai, London or remotely!

What you’ll be doing

• Working with cross-functional teams to achieve maximum efficiency and sales performance.
• Develop and launch commercial strategies, including online merchandising roadmaps, seasonal strategies, and market penetration strategies across the MENA Market.
• Use data and resources to make informed business decisions.
• Build and manage your team as it grows.

What you’ll need

• Over 10 years of experience in a Merchandising role, with extensive Digital Merchandising and Leadership experience.
• Experience and passion for the Retail and Fashion industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
