What You'll Do:

🎯 Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care

📊 Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve service delivery

📝 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

📈 Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives

💡 Provide leadership and mentorship to the clinical operations team

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Must hold an active, unrestricted Doctor of Medicine Licensure in the Philippines

✅Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical operations gained from a BPO (specialization in Utilization Management/Case Management, and other clinical decision-making processes required)

✅ 3 years Clinical Experience from Hospital or Clinics - on either Surgery, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

✅ Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices

✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

✅ Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines

✅ Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics tracking

✅ Open to work at night schedule
