Project Manager (PM) - Remote

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing software development projects to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Lead and oversee software development projects from start to finish.

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients or stakeholders.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Promote best practices in Agile, Scrum, or other frameworks used by the team.

What we are looking for: 

• 4+ years of experience managing software development projects across distributed teams.

• Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).

• Experience with version control and issue-tracking systems (e.g., Git, Jira).

• Solid technical understanding of software systems.

• Proficiency in English (C1-C2), both written and spoken.

Nice to have: 

• Scrum Master certification is highly valued.

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
