Our client is a fast-growing AI company revolutionizing conversational AI experiences for roleplay, gaming, social interactions, and creative writing.

They are seeking a Head of User Acquisition to join their growth team and lead performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms, driving user acquisition and scaling their innovative AI product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Buying and Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns across direct publisher buys and adult ad networks like Exoclick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, and Adsterra.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use advanced analytics tools to monitor performance, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Creative Testing: Test and optimize ad creatives continuously, adjusting based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Automation Tools: Implement automation tools to enhance campaign management and streamline processes.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and ad networks, negotiating favorable terms for ad placements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, platform policy changes, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed performance analysis and actionable insights to refine advertising strategies.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all campaigns comply with platform regulations and manage risks related to adult content advertising.

Your Qualifications

  • Ideally, experience in media buying with success on platforms like ExoClick, TrafficJunky, and TrafficStars.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Voluum, and other analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with ad formats like banners, preroll, push traffic, and interstitials.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
