Clearable Sr. Software Engineer- REMOTE (CA or MD RESIDENCY REQUIRED)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software development efforts within a multi-team, multi-organization enterprise using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to define and implement a database management system that meets end-user needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of software and test engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
• Represent your team in meetings and presentations, offering technical analysis, recommendations, and developing meeting materials.
• Continuously improve software through collaboration with other teams, customers, and end users, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills:

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain Secret Clearance within 6-9 months of hire.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience, or a Masters degree with 8 years of experience.
• Strong experience in software requirements analysis, design, and systems integration, particularly for medium to high complexity software systems.
• Proficiency in Web Application Design and Development using ASP.NET Core, React, GraphQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5.
• Expertise in C/C#/C++ (C# preferred), with experience in both Linux and Windows development environments.
• Excellent technical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Masters degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Active Security Clearance.
• Experience with microservice architectures, Docker, Terraform, and database systems like MongoDB, Redis, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of mission planning needs for military aviators and experience with tactical systems/subsystems or combat solutions for Naval aircraft.
