RestAssured backend service testing automation is the Required skill.

We see lots of candidate with Selenium, WebDriver which is a front end testing technology, and these candidates are not good Selenium/WebDriver experience cannot be reapplied to RestAssured

Job Description

The highly experienced quality professional who works under supervision , learns quickly , and brings ideas and passion to their daily responsibilities and executes work to completion with excellence in a timely manner.

3+ years of experience writing Rest Assured tests in Java for API testing.

3+ years of experience with MessageQueues, Topics, Kafka

5+ years of experience with Web services testing with any automation tool, Json, Xml.

2+ years of experience in Service Virtualization.

Use SQL or noSQL for back-end database validation

Develop and maintain functional automation test scripts utilizing modular frameworks and best practices

Key Responsibilities

Effectively work in a fast paced environment utilizing the Agile methodology

Develop and maintain functional, data driven automation test scripts utilizing modular frameworks (RestAssured) and best practices

Execute test scripts to validate correct functionality of application

Use SQL for back-end database validation

Use Kafka in test script automation
