Position Description

ER Shift:

Days: (Shift times varies)

Mids: (Shift times varies)

Nights: (Shift times varies)

Qualifications:

Current licensure as an RN

ADN Required; BSN Preferred

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as an RN in the ER in an Acute Care hospital environment

Willing to speak with candidates that don't have recent acute care experience. However, as long as it is not like more than 5 years that they have not been in acute care. In addition, it also depends on how many years the candidate has.

Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.

ACLS Certification Preferred.

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.

Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
