Job Description

Support 1-2 product areas data and analytics needs from new tagging to reports to insights. This role will enable product teams to make data driven decisions to inform the roadmap of their product. They will assist in discoveries and understand the roadmap of the business. They will also present timely analysis for business decisions and assist in moving the product teams to a focused set of levers/north star metric to monitor their product and impact of releases. Additionally, they will work to uncover opportunities to increase business revenue and provide the impact of feature releases to the bottom line. This role will scale down complex data points into quick-action, next steps to implement.

Key Responsibilities

Pulling and presenting weekly insights and opportunities within supported products

Weekly reading of data for overall health

Identify and communicate any data-related issues and recommendations to the business owner and other key stakeholders as requested

Lead the appropriate teams to elicit and manage business requirements

Define and consult on Northstar/levers metric recommendations

Hosting trainings, developing models for how to read data

Articulate tagging needs to an implementation group

Assist in troubleshooting post implementation issues for large/complex projects

Ideal skillset: Behavioral data (Adobe/Clickstream/Google), Power BI (R,SQL, etc.), communication and presentation skills, organization, statistics, product management
